Microsoft buys Swift Key the App

According to the Wall Street Journal, Microsoft Corp. Wednesday agreed to buy the company behind Swift Key, a popular app that uses A.I to simplify typing on mobile keyboards. It’s like running your finger through letters to create words to make sentences.

“We believe joining Microsoft is the right next stage in our journey,” Reynolds and Medlock said in a joint blogpost on Wednesday. “Eight years ago we started out as two friends with a shared belief that there had to be a better way of typing on smartphones.
